Belltrees and More, Inc. was founded in 2009 after its founder, Louise Frier, decided that belltree ( bell tree ) music, techniques and related information needed to become more readily available to handbell choir directors and ringers. The internet appeared to be the appropriate venue.
Louise Frier composed "Two Belltree Processionals" which became the first published belltree composition. It was released in 1988 by the American Guild of English Handbell Ringers, AGEHR. Since its publication, many more of her works have been released by a variety of handbell music publishers.
