The purchaser, licensee, is given the right to download and print a reasonable number of copies of this PDF file on paper for the purpose of his/her organization’s practice, rehearsals, and performances of this copyrighted music.
Proof of purchase of this music product from the BelltreesAndMore.com web site validates this non-exclusive license.
RIGHT TO COPY
These copies are only for use by the organization who provides the required proof of purchase. Copies of this PDF file or paper printouts from this file may not be distributed beyond the purchasing organization’s needs. The licensee may not lease, sub-license, sell, lend, rent or grant any right to this musical work.
PERFORMANCE
The organization may perform this Work at venues of its choice. The title and composer/arranger must be acknowledged with every performance either verbally or in writing if there is a printed program.
MECHANICAL
Contact BelltreesAndMore.com to request additional licensing for the purpose of sound recording or other mechanical sound reproduction since this license does not cover those processes.
MODIFICATION
Other than the rights listed in some of the Works on BelltreesAndMore.com, or elsewhere on the web site, modifications of these musical Works are not allowed without written permission from Belltrees and More, Inc.
FAILURE TO COMPLY
Downloading a Work from BelltreesAndMore.com indicates your acceptance of the provisions of this license, and all terms and conditions therein.
In the event that you have not agreed to comply with any portion of this license, upon notification, you must immediately destroy all copies of the Work, PDF file and any other digital or analog files or recordings you have created or had someone else create.
WARRANTY
In the event of customer dissatisfaction, the entire liability and exclusive remedy shall be at BelltreesAndMore.com’s option. The Seller will replace the Work, or the Buyer may be credited for the price charged for the defective product. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the Work or File has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication, or in the event that the Buyer has not agreed to or complied with the terms of this License.
Any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
